CloudPortal™ Business Manager allows you to determine how you view notifications by setting a notification preference. You can override the default by modifying the notification preference.
- Login as a root user.
- Click Home > Manage Notification Preferences.
- Select the delivery channel where you want the notifications to be delivered. It can be either SMS or Email.
- If you want to add an email address, Click Add/Delete Email Address.
- Specify the email address you want to add and Click Add Email.
