Searching and filtering tickets

 
 
 

The Tickets tab lists all tickets filed for your account. You can find a particular ticket or tickets by using the search and filter options.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as any user of an account.
  2. Click Support > Tickets.
  3. In the Search box, specify the ticket ID (ticket number) and click Enter.
  4. To filter the list of tickets:
    1. Click the Filter icon.
    2. Select the filter option Status and select the desired filter parameter from the dropdown list.
    3. Click Go!.
