On the home screen, login to the app with your username and password. You can create or add Clients, Managers or Consultants by selecting the Accounts tab. A manager is someone with access to all clients under a specific partner. A consultant can be assigned to anyone, even a representative of the end client, for managing one client at a time. A consultant account is a great tool for MSP's who want their clients to manage the account in some capacity, or allow them access to do so.
