Searching and filtering tickets

 
 
 

The Tickets tab lists all tickets. You can find a particular ticket or tickets by using the search and filter options.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as root user or a service provider user with tickets manage role.
  2. Click Support > Tickets.
  3. In the Search box, specify the ticket ID (ticket number) and click Enter.
  4. To filter the list of tickets:
    1. Click the Filter icon.
    2. Select any or all of the filter options such as status and company name, and select the desired filter parameter from the dropdown list.
    3. Click Go!.
