About Tickets in CloudPortal
CloudPortal™ Business Manager provides features to help you manage customer relationships.
CloudPortal is integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud. This is used to log requests for support (trouble tickets) from customers. The CloudPortal trouble ticketing UI, allows you to view and submit trouble tickets that are stored in Salesforce. Trouble tickets that were created in either CloudPortal or Salesforce are visible in both locations.
The connection between Salesforce and CloudPortal is set up using configuration parameters, as described in Configuring Salesforce.
