can't creating new instance from template

Hi,
I am trying to create a new instance from a template in cloud plataform 3.03 and I am getting tehe following error in catalina.out
--Unable to apply dhcp entry on router ...

Should I have a dhcp server?

can't creating new instance from template

I found the solutuion for this problem.
The problem was with my virtual router system vm.
