CloudPlataform - Hyper-V support?
Lucas, my best knowledge about Hyper-V supportability status is that CloudStack is on the design stage of this feature.

Hello.
Here in our business we want to add a cloud solution service to our customers, so we download the trial version of CloudPlataform to test it, but we use Hyper-V as hypervisor.
After 'digging' the web for information, we found that there is no 'native' support for Hyper-V, but there is a plugin for CloudStack.
We keep researching the web for info, but we couldnt find any information about this plugin on CloudPlataform and if it works well or not.
Can someone please clarify this for me? Is it possible to have a good Citrix CloudPlataform perfomance using Hyper-V as hypervisor? Please note that change the hypervisor is not an option for us, because we already have a lot ot of VMs running on it.
Thanks very much for you attention, looking forward for some help.

Is there any ETA when it will be avilable in production (Cloud platform)?
Thanks,
Raju
Raju, I can pass your feedback to our PMs internally.
How big is the use case for you? approximately how many HypeV servers would be managed by CloudPlatform?
Radek.
Hi Radek,
Actually we are unable to propose Citrix Cloud Platform for some customers as they are running few Hyper-V's in their environment and want to move to Private cloud, due to this am unable to propose Citrix Cloud.

I would definitely also like to see Hyper-V support in CloudPlatform/Cloudstack!
Here's a pretty good presentation of the technical requirements for support Hyper-V on Cloudstack if anyone is interested: http://www.slideshare.net/DonalLafferty/2012-1202cloud-platformhyperv30
Hyper - V support is targeted for Campo, tentative GA mid 2013.
It may also be included in one of the Alpha/Beta release for early adopters for feedback.
