Unable to configure firewall for public IP address

Hi,
 
I created a public IP address in my vpc.
 
I went to the configuration screen for the public IP address which shows a diagram:
internet=>firewall=>Load Balancing
                             =>Port Forwarding
 
For this public IP address, I'll be using Load Balancing.
 
The problem is that I cannot configure the firewall.
 
The diagram shows a "slash" through the firewall so I cannot configure the firewall.
 
Why is that?
 
How can I fix it?

Unable to configure firewall for public IP address

Instead of 'Firewall' We should be using 'Network Access Control Lists' in VPCs.  Create an ACL in VPC and add desired rules in ACL, associate that to VPC tier.
