failed to add a CCP instance

failed to add a CCP instance

I'm trying to set a CloudPlatform instance using CCP.

But after I finished following the settings as shown in - http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/cpbm-21-map/cpbm-ccp-deployment-tsk.html , I just got an error: "Service Instance could not be created."

I suspect it might be related to the "cloud-usage" service.

    9. Install the Cloud Usage server on CCP. After the installation is complete 
    start the cloud-usage server by typing this command: service cloud-usage start.
 
But I couldn't find how to install this service.

Hi Guy,

 

The error you are seeing should not be because of CCP usage-server. Can you check the CPBM logs and see if you have any error/stack trace?
