Do you know if we have any known issues when CS is running on CentOS 6.2 with MySQL 5.1 and CP is running CentOS 5.7 with MySQL 5.0 ?

The CP machine is unable to connect to CS DB, all ports and FW rules are wide open.

when I test it from CP to CS I get this error:

root@cp134 CloudPortal-1.3.4-1-centos# mysql cloud@192.168.30.11 -p
Enter password:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
root@cp134 CloudPortal-1.3.4-1-centos#

locally on CS it works OK

1. How many tenants CloudPortal's server can manage? Are there any sizing information?
2. Can customer enable HA for CloudPortal's server?
3. Can administrator charge to create ticket in CloudPortal?
4. Is CloudPortal user data same as CloudStack user data? In other words, I think CloudPortal user data is stored in CloudPortal's mysql, not CloudStack's mysql and is it managed individually?
6. I know CloudPortal ticket service is tracked in web, is it notified by email as well?

I need help understanding the procedure for customizing the CPBM UI. Specifically, I am interested in the HTML title and tagl line?

On CPBM 1.3.x, is it possible to have an SSO integration with a 3rd party system – say, for example, a monitoring service? If so, how can this be achieved?

It seems the control panel has its own set of complexity requirements that do not adhere to the current settings in AD. What are the complexity requirements?

Would like to know:
a) Does CP supports Private Zone?
b) If yes, what is the behaviour when there are private zones?
c) Who can view these private zone?

A prospect had few questions on CPBM:
- When intgrating CPBM to LDAP via CAS, is there a way for the user to see any notifications for the LDAP/AD with regards to password change warning (for example: you password will expire in X days')?
- Is it possible to create multiple CP root accounts using a different usernames and passwords? if yes, how is this done in CPBM UI?
- It is possible to enforce password complexity and length for local CPBM accounts?

I tried to install CPBM 1.3.4 on Centos 6.2 ...
got the tomcat-native error.

error: Failed dependencies:
tomcat-native is needed by cloud-portal-1.3.4-1.x86_64

When I do a rpm-qa|grep tomcat , I see the following
on the lab (6.2) system

I noticed the edocs mentioned LB configuration for CPBM but I could not find the steps needed top install CPBM in a cluster formation.

Where can I find the steps for setting up CPBM in a cluster mode (e.g. multi-node install).
