Closing a Ticket

 
 
 

When the issue described in a trouble ticket is solved, it is customary to close the ticket. You can close the trouble ticket on behalf of a user, either using the CloudPortal™ Business Manager UI or directly in Salesforce.com using your Salesforce login credentials. To access the Tickets screen through a customer's Dashboard :

  1. Click Accounts, Select the account you want to work with.
  2. In the Tickets area of the dashboard, click View All Tickets.
  3. Select the ticket you want to close.
  4. Click Close.
