The Tickets tab lists all tickets filed for your account. You can find a particular ticket or tickets by using the search and filter options.
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as any user of an account.
- Click Support > Tickets.
- In the Search box, specify the ticket ID (ticket number) and click Enter.
- To filter the list of tickets:
- Click the Filter icon.
- Select the filter option Status and select the desired filter parameter from the dropdown list.
- Click Go!.
