Cancelling a Subscription

 
 
 

You can cancel a subscription when the subscription is in a new state and provisioning of resource has failed.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as a user.
  2. Click Usage & Billing > Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel, move the cursor over the gear wheel and click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Confirm.
