Unable to login into CloudStack Web Interface using user Admin and password

After I´ve installed CloudStack 3.4.0.1 RH 6.02 - I´m unable to login into CS Web Interface I don´t know why!

I´ve tried to change the default password and nothing!

Dennis, are you sure you tried correct default credentials?
The default username and password are "admin" and "password".

If you still cannot login, check if your management service is running and if mgmt service can access database?

Hi Radoslaw, thanks for answer..

Yes...I put the defaults information..adm/password...I´ve tried to login with other credentials like admin/citrix123 (I changed this password in the cloud database), but It not worked.

But my guess is that something happened with cloud database...I dropped it and now I´ll try to do a fresh installation.

Hi, Dennis. Did you get it working? Check the management-server.log for any errors. There may be entries indicating a problem with the database server as Radek mentioned, or there may be a permissions issue like what is described here:
http://bugs.cloudstack.org/browse/CS-16139

Another possible cause is having something mounted read-only at /mnt on the management server (e.g. the XenServer Tools ISO). CloudStack itself sometimes needs to mount things and can get stuck if it can't. Oddly enough the symptom of this is that you can access the UI but cannot log in. IIRC nothing useful (or nothing at all) will be in the log in this case.

Hello Folks, thanks for help me!

I was in a POC and I decided to reinstall the CloudStack and DB...and now it´s working....I think that I had some trouble with Databases of Cloud...I´ve installed the same way and now it´s working fine!
