RCA 10 CP6 - Unable to download patches through https with Proxy Server
Problem
Unable to download patches through https, when proxy server is configured in acquisition server. Please find below error messages,

Root Cause
This issue a product bug, basically through acquisition server packing list was not getting downloaded properly with url https://patchcontent.accelerite.com:443/Radia/patch_management/data/Packing.list
Resolution/Workaround
To fix this issue, please contact Accelerite support for the hotfx - HOTFIX_QCCR1C63657 and find below steps in readme file
Steps to apply the hotfix on core:
1. Stop the RCA Patch Manager Server service
2. Take a backup of the existing <InstallDir>/PatchManager/modules/patch.tkd file.
3. Replace the existing <InstallDir>/PatchManager/modules/patch.tkd with the new patch.tkd
4. Start the RCA Patch Manager Server service.
Steps to apply the certificate:
1. On console redirect to Configuration/Infrastructure Management/SSL/SSL client
2. Under SSL Client choose the option "Append this to the existing certificates"
3. Choose hotfix specific curl-ca-bundle.pem
4. Save the changes.
5. Certificate will be appended to existing certificate under <InstallDir>ApacheServer\conf\ssl.crt\ca-bundle.crt
