How to Change Labels in other Languages

Hi,

I would like to change some lables for japanese.
How can I change the label for other languages.

Hi,

I changed "message" field in "cloud_portal.message" table to customize the label for other languages.

Would there be any bad effects on system stability in doing so?

Is there any other place I could change to customize lables in other languages?
