I'm trying to develop a new connector but:

1. The download link in http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/cpbm-21-map/ccpb-cssdk-develop-using-sdk-20-con.html (http://www.citrix.com/downloads/cloudportal/product-software/cloudportal-business-manager-21.html) is "restricted". 

2. I think I got some version of the SDK - but I can't find the "Connector Fragment" Archetype. I see only one Archetype after installing the SDk.
