Johan, how long have you had this 39% state? If process is still going, CS doesn't let you delete this task but after some time even if upload will fail you should get en option to delete this unsuccessful upload/template.

Coming up to 24 hrs and still stuck

Ok so what you can try to do is:

1. Find the Link Local IP Adddress of your SSVM
make sure this is a correct SSVM if you have more then one zone.
2. using this IP and private key login into SSVM (let me know if you need help with this step)
3. do to /tmp and do: wget <ISO image URL>

Are you able to download this ISO image?

Results below. I'm guessing that the ISO coudl be corrupt?

Woudl it be as simple as replacing the corrupt iso image and re-running the command?

rebooting the SSVM resolved the issue. But would still like to know if there is a better way to resolve the issue rather than rebooting the SSVM.

Johan, when your template download process will fail you can always remove this template and re-define the same template again. There is no easy way to restart the download process I am afraid. And I am trying to not encourage users to mess with database directly as much as it is possible.
