Can't see logon page after install

Hi,

We did a standard installation of CPBM 2.0 in an AWS VPC environment. It runs on a RHEL 6.4 VM and it uses an RDS mysql instance.

Cloud-portal service starts, but login page does not appear.
Could you please help us solve this issue?

Please find attached /usr/share/vts3/repository/prop/cloud.properties* and */usr/share/vts3/serviceability/logs/virgo-server/log.log files.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Can't see logon page after install

Hi,

I am seeing an error +Incorrect key file for table 'catalogs'; try to repair it+ in the logs , which means there is some problem with the MySQL DB. Possible reasons could be the lack of enough disk space on both MySQL drive and temp folder drive. Can you please increase the temp folder size and try restarting the CPBM server again?
