Account State Automatically

Hello Guys, I need your collaboration inform where can change the parameter for account.suspension.alert account.termination.alert for the portal automatic suspend or restring the account if not receive the payment the version cpbm is 2.2.1

Duration of non-repayment >= account_restriction_grace_period

Restricts the account and sends an Email alert to the account owner and the service provider designate

Duration of non-repayment >= account_restriction_grace_period + account.suspension.alert

Suspends the account and sends an Email alert to the account owner and service provider designate.

Duration of non-repayment >= account_restriction_grace_period + account.termination.alert

Hi Yesid,

 

Login as root and from the top right menu choose Administration > Configuration > Account Management > Thresholds - you will the parameters there.

 

You will find the 'Account Restriction Grace Period' parameter under Administration > Configuration > Account Types > On-Boarding Controls

because in the On-Boarding not is the option or please confirm if the same option in the Threshold??

Hi Yesid,

 

Handling of payment failures is explained in the doc at: http://support.citri...ilures-con.html

 

The names of the configurations changed in CPBM 2.x:

"account.suspension.alert" in 1.4.x is"thresholds.paymentFailure.suspensionThreshold" in 2.x

"account.termination.alert" in 1.4.x is "thresholds.paymentFailure.terminationThreshold" in 2.x

 

Let me know if you still have some doubts.
