System Requirements

 
 
 
The connector has the following system requirements:
  • CloudPortal Business Manager v2.4
  • Cloud Portal Service Manager v11.5 with eCommerce SDK

When the customer administrator is provisioned into CPSM from CPBM, CPSM automatically generates a password. To email the CPSM generated default password to the customer administrator, the email server has to be configured in CPSM.

It is recommended to create Customer Plans, User Plans, and Offerings in CPSM before adding the service instance in CPBM. This will enable creating products and product bundles in CPBM immediately after adding the Service. Customer Plans, User Plans, and Offerings can be added later in CPSM.

Note: Ensure that names of Customer Plans, User Plans, and Offerings (when configured or added) are unique in CPSM, so that they is no ambiguity when creating products and product bundles in CPBM.
