Configuring Trial Management Settings

 
 
 

As a service provider, you can configure the settings to handle trial accounts.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Root user.
  2. Click the drop-down menu icon next to ROOT USER in the top right corner and click Administration.
  3. Click Configuration > Trial Management.
  4. Click Configure > Edit.
  5. Set the following parameters:
    Parameter Name Description
    first.warning Send first warning email to customer these many days before expiration of trial period.
    second.warning Send second warning email to customer these many days before expiration of trial period.
    final.warning Send last warning email to customer these many days before expiration of trial period.
    trial.termination Send Trial Termination email to customer these many days after expiration of trial period.
    termination.threshold Send email to customer these many days after a trial account expires, if it is not converted to a paying account.
  6. Click Save and then, click Close.
