Editing accounts

 
 
 

As a service provider, you can edit customer account information such as address details. In addition, you can specify the discount and credit limit for the account, and the number of users that are allowed for the account. You can edit account information from the Accounts tab of the CloudPortal Business Manager UI.

You must have root or administrative privileges to edit accounts.

  1. Log in to the CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Root User.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Select the account that you want to edit and click the edit icon.
  4. Make the changes as required.
  5. Click Save to save the changes you have made or click Cancel to close the dialog box without saving your changes.
