Searching and filtering notifications

 
 
 

The All Notifications tab lists all notifications. You can find a particular notification/notifications by using the search and filter options.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as root user or service provider user with Tickets Manage role.
  2. Click All Notifications.
  3. To search for notifications whose description contains your search text, enter the search text in the Search box and click Enter.
  4. To filter the list of notifications:
    1. Click the Filter icon.
    2. Select any or all of the filter options such as time, category, and type, and select the desired filter parameter from the dropdown list.
    3. Click Go!.
