Filing a Ticket

 
 
 

You can file a trouble ticket on behalf of a user, either using the CloudPortal™ Business Manager UI or directly in Salesforce.com using your Salesforce login credentials.

If you have the Account Create or Account Manage permission, as well as the Trouble Ticket Manage permission, you can file a trouble ticket on behalf of a user.

  1. Login as Root.
  2. Click Accounts, and select the account you want to work with.
  3. In the Tickets area of the dashboard, click Submit Ticket.
  4. Click Add New Ticket.
  5. Click Submit.
