Although this is not yet possible to integrate such tools, the next major release of CPBM should provide such integration capability.

Tariq, I am not sure from where did you get this information from but from what I confirmed today:
1. it will be possible to integrate third party system with CPBM 2.0 using connectors
2. but we are not going to implement connectors for OTRS, Zenoos nor Vtiger.
3. there will be available other connectors for other systems (SalseForce)
