Gert, Windows Server 2012 will be supported in next full release of Citrix Cloud Platform.

This is a fragment of CCP 4.2 release note:

New Supported OS for Guest Virtual Machines
• Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 are now supported for guest virtual machines on KVM,
XenServer, and VMware. See Section 5.5.2, “Windows 8 and Windows Server as VM Guest O

This a good question but I will leave it to someone who really knows this, I don't.
I heard end of Aug - begin of September but not sure if this is still true.

Gert, here is post on cloudstack-dev mailing list archives with the list of completed features. It's not a release note yet, we have a version internally for Citrix Cloud Platform but I cannot share this one with you, sorry.

BTW, if you need Win 2012 VM just for testing you can create it base on other Windows template. In the end it really depends on the hypervisor if it will work for you.
