Hi, 

After I enable a CPSM connector and add it on CPBM, I need to add a new service for each Channel, but CPBM show follow error: "could not register tenant", and after the error we can see on CPSM was able to create the customer but the admin user for that account was not create it. when I check  the log error on CPBM server I got the following information.
