1. signature method is same as CPBM BSS API? If not, what is the difference?

>> yes its the same.

2. Is it correct get API key and secret_key from cloud.user that username is "admin-api"

>> Not sure what user you are referring too, the Administrator for Cloud is named "admin"

3. If 2 is right, how to convert the secret_key?

>> The steps tp generate the signature are explained in the CloudPlatform Developers guide. I am not sure on exactly what version your referring to but you can get all the docs here http://support.citrix.com/proddocs/topic/cloudplatform/clst-wrapper.html
