Hey,

where can I find connectors for service offerings for CPBM (except Carringo and Cloudian)? For example, if I want to offer my customers PaaS or SaaS (Exchange, Sharepoint, Lync,...) how can I achieve this using CPBM?
How does this work and how is the usage metered? Will different customers use one VM where a services is hosted? How can actual CPU, RAM, Storage, traffic usage be metered per customer? Or does every cusomer get an exclusive VM only for himself with his service onboard?! Or can I just apply fix rates?!

Some questions I hope to find an answer to here, because the manual does not provide me with this info and google cant tell me either.
