Customizing the Service Provider Logo and Favicon
As a service provider, you can have your custom logo displayed in CloudPortal Business Manager. For the custom logo to appear, follow these steps:
- Log in to CloudPortal as the Root User.
- Click the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner next to ROOT USER.
- Click Administration > Configuration > Portal.
- Click Settings > Configure.
- Set the parameter images.uploadPath to specify the absolute path to the images directory for storing custom image logos, favicon, and so on. Set the value to a valid existing path in your server file system.
The path to upload logo on the server should have valid write permissions.
- Go to Customize Logo (in the drop-down menu on the top right corner).
- Browse to Company Logo.
- Browse to Favicon.
- Click Submit.
Custom Logo in Email Templates
For the custom logo to appear in Emails, follow these steps:
- Log in to CloudPortal as the Root User.
- Click the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner next to ROOT USER.
- Click Administration > Configuration > Portal.
- Click Settings > Configure.
- Set the parameter image.path to specify the path to the images that are used in automatically generated emails. Specify the absolute path of the image.
- Restart the CloudPortal service. To restart the CloudPortal service, enter service restart cloud-portal on the VM console.
