Viewing workflow status
Tenant scope workflow
For a Service Provider
A service provider user can view tenant scope workflows for any tenant by following the below steps:
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Root user.
- Click Accounts.
- Click All Accounts.
- Select an account on the left side pane. You will see the details of the account on the right side pane.
- Click History tab on the right side pane. You can view the workflows for this account.
- Click View under Workflow. You can see the status of the selected workflow in the Workflow Status window.
The master user can view all tenant scope workflows by navigating to Company Setup >> History.
Note: An active tenant scope workflow is visible as a red bar under the primary menu.
For a service provider user
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Root user.
- Click Accounts.
- Click All Accounts.
- Select an account on the left side pane. You will see the details of the account on the right side pane.
- Click the gear wheel icon on the right side pane.
- Select View Billing History from the list. Usage and Billing dashboard is displayed.
- Click Subscription. You can see Workflow option next to Status field. Note: This option is visible only if a workflow exists for a subscription.
For a tenant user
Any tenant user can view subscription activation workflow by following below steps:
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Master user.
- Click Home.
- Select Usage & Billing>> Subscriptions.
- Select any subscription. If there is any workflow created for the subscription, then you will see a View Workflow link in the Status field.
