Overriding content templates at a channel level
You can provide reseller/channel specific communication by overriding the default global-level content templates such as invoices, customer facing emails, and so on. The content templates support variable data substitution, and can be used to send out personalized channel-specific emails. You can modify the content of the email, invoice, and approval templates, change the header, footer, and styles, and customize them for a channel or reseller.
When you override the content templates at a channel level, an icon appears next to the template name indicating that the template is overridden.
