This document describes how to install and administer the Accelerite CloudPortal Business Manager connector for CloudPortal Service Manager (CPSM). The connector provides the following functionalities:

• Customer admin (master user) self-service customer account creation in CPSM.
• Customer admin (master user) self-service customer plan provisioning for Hosted Exchange, Hosted Apps and Desktops, DNS, Sharepoint 2013, Lync Hosted 2013 and Lync Enterprise 2013.
• Single sign on into CPSM portal from CPBM, so that customer admin (master user) can provision other users and provision user plans and offerings to users within CPSM.
• Usage collection and billing for Hosted Exchange, Hosted Apps and Desktops, DNS, Sharepoint 2013, Lync Hosted 2013, and Lync Enterprise 2013 customer plans, user plans, and offerings.
