Managing user profiles and preferences
Your personal profile stores details such as a photo, email address, contact information, and login credentials. You can change your password and other data about yourself.
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as a user.
- Click the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner next to your name and click My Profile.
- To add an image, click Manage your profile image at Gravatar and follow the instructions to upload a photo to gravatar.com.
- To change the time zone and preferred language, follow these steps:
- Click Edit in the Preferences pane.
- Select the new time zone and preferred language and click Save.
- To change your personal details, follow these steps:
- Click Edit in the Details pane.
- Make the required changes and click Save.
- To change your password, follow these steps:
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your old and new password and confirm
- Click Save.
- To provide an additional email address to use for notifications, follow these steps:
- Click the Email Addresses tab.
- Specify the email address and click Add Email.
Note: You can change your primary email address and also add secondary email addresses.
To change your primary email address:- Add the secondary email address.
- Verify the secondary email address.
- Make this email address as your primary email address.
- To configure your notification settings, click the Notification Preferences tab and specify.
- To view your API credentials, follow these steps:
- Click the API Credentials tab.
- Enter your password to proceed (as an additional security measure) and click Proceed.
- View your API credentials.
