Viewing reports

As a master user, billing admin, or normal user, you can use the My Reports tab to view the reports on spend by products, bundles, and users. The master user and billing admin can view the data either at an aggregate level or at an individual user level, while normal users are able to view only their data.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as master user/billing admin/normal user.
  2. Click My Reports.
  3. To view Utility report:
    1. Click the Utility tab.
    2. Specify the month and year.
    3. Either select all users to view the report for the entire account or specify a user to view the report for that user. The option to select the user is not visible for a normal user because the normal user can generate and view only his spend and usage.
    4. Click Generate Graph to view the report in bar graph format or click Generate CSV to generate the report in CSV format and either open the CSV file or save the CSV file to a location.
  4. To view the Bundle report:
    1. Click the Bundle tab.
    2. Specify the month and year.
    3. Either select all users to view the report for the entire account or specify a user to view the report for that user. The option to select the user is not visible for a normal user because the normal user can generate and view only his spend and usage.
    4. Click Generate Graph to view the report in bar graph format or click Generate CSV to generate the report in CSV format and either open the CSV file or save the CSV file to a location.
  5. To view the User report:
    1. Click the User tab. This report is available only for the master user and billing admin.
    2. Specify the month and year.
    3. Click Generate Graph to view the report in bar graph format or click Generate CSV to generate the report in CSV format and either open the CSV file or save the CSV file to a location.
