The Spend Vs. Budget pane shows your spend details. You can view your actual spend, last month's spend and the net balance. You can click the Net Balance link to view your renewal charges, new charges, payments and credits, and the net balance. the budget that you have set, your renewal charges, new charges, and current balance. You can click the Usage & Billing tab to view in detail your spend.

You can click the appropriate links to set your account budget and spend alerts.
