Setting up Salesforce within CloudPortal Business Manager

The Salesforce account procured is integrated with CPBM in the configuration parameters described as follows.
  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager as Root user
  2. Click Home > All Services
  3. Click B/OSS
  4. Go to Salesforce.com and click Configure
  5. In the Terms and Conditions dialog box that appears, select the I Agree checkbox and click Accept
  6. Enter the following details in the Salesforce.com Configuration window that appears:
    UI Element Description
    Username Your username in Salesforce.com
    Endpoint URL The endpoint URL for SOAP webservice requests that is https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/27.0
    Note: Make sure that you provide the Salesforce API version "27" in the endpoint URL
    Password Your password in Salesforce.com
    Salesforce.com token The auto-generated security token that you received by email from Salesforce.com
    Timeout Set a value less than the timeout value set within Salesforce
    More information required If set to true, it allows you to save the additional information like Tenant/user address, telephone number to Salesforce.com
  7. Click Add

    The system saves the specified details and the message "Instance Added Successfully" appears in green on top of the dialog box

  8. Enable Salesforce.com by selecting On in the On/Off slider
  9. Click OK
  10. Click the Support > Tickets to verify whether the Salesforce.com developer account is integrated with CPBM

    You can view the tickets that are retrieved from your Salesforce.com account
