The All Notifications tab lists all notifications. You can find a particular notification/notifications by using the search and filter options.
- Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as root user or service provider user with Tickets Manage role.
- Click All Notifications.
- To search for notifications whose description contains your search text, enter the search text in the Search box and click Enter.
- To filter the list of notifications:
- Click the Filter icon.
- Select any or all of the filter options such as time, category, and type, and select the desired filter parameter from the dropdown list.
- Click Go!.
