As a service provider, you can view the status of the batch jobs and also view the exception report for failed jobs. To view the status of batch jobs that are running now or have run in the past, you can use the CloudPortal Business Manager UI.

1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as Root user.
2. Click the drop-down menu icon next to ROOT USER in the top right corner and click Administration.
3. Click Batch Jobs and view all jobs along with their details. For jobs that fail, you can view the exception report in the description section for the report.
