Following list describes some of the pre-conditions required for CloudPortal™ Business Manager upgrade.

• All Products should have some price set in reference catalog.
• Product Bundle can have unlimited entitlement only for the following products - RUNNING, ALLOCATED_VM
• Upgrade should happen on same machine where CloudPortal Business Manager 2.3.x or higher version was installed.
• Authorize.Net and CyberSource are the only supported payment gateways for upgrade. One of them has to be configured in the system for upgrade. After you upgrade to CPBM to version 2.5  successfully, you can use the Wirecard payment gateway as well.
