Changing your primary email address

You can change your existing primary email address, if required, and provide a new email address as the primary email address.

  1. Log in to CloudPortal Business Manager UI as a user.
  2. Click the drop-down menu icon in the top right corner next to your name and click My Profile.
  3. Provide the new email address:
    1. Click the Email Addresses tab.
    2. Specify the email address and click Add Email.
  4. Verify the secondary email address.
  5. Navigate to My Profile > Email Addresses.
  6. Click Make Primary.
