If you are logged in as the Master user or a Power user and choose Self Context in the drop-down list, all the projects in that account are displayed in the projects list on the left pane. You can add a new project and manage existing projects.

If you are logged in as a user, the Self Context will be displayed in the drop-down list by default. All the projects for which you are the owner are displayed in the projects list on the left pane. You can add a new project and manage existing projects.
