My Entitlement Tool Available for Accelerite Cloud Products Users

Accelerite is pleased to roll out the My Entitlement section of the Accelerite Support Portal (ASP) to CloudPlatform and CloudPortal Business Manager users. The My Entitlement pages provide a detailed transaction history for your organization’s license and maintenance and support purchases as well as providing a way to activate a new license and generate a Proof of Entitlement document for your transactions.

Currently available for Accelerite’s Radia & Cloud product lines this tool provides a clear and concise way to access your entitlement information.

The My Entitlement is available under the My Support menu of the ASP and a help page can be found at the link below for further reading on how to use this content:

We hope this functionality is helpful to all our Cloud product users, it has proved a hit with many Radia users. We have worked hard to ensure all of the data is accurate however if you do find a discrepancy in the historical transaction data please do let us know by writing to support@accelerite.com or through your Accelerite Account Manager or Channel Partner.
