Resolution: Accelerite is currently developing a workaround for this error.

We are currently testing an updated patch.tkd to fix the error in acquisition, that was introduced by a new package70.cab file in the wsusscn2.cab. The package70.cab has some formatting anomalies that causes the Patch acquisition to fail on Radia Patch Manager. This fix will manage the acquisition issue, until Microsoft can correct the formatting in the package70.cab file.
