  1. *Issue can be anything that will adversely impact project/program execution, delivery of commitments as per contract/SoW, or internal/external dependency. Adverse impact consideration must include impact on quality,cost,schedule and overall customer satisfaction
  2. Escalation channel is recommended to expedite systematic resolution of issues important to project
