How to Upload Data/Attachment in Ticket

Steps to Upload Data (Attachment) in Ticket

  1. Please login to https://support.accelerite.com/  with your username and password
  2. Hover over to My Support option and select My Request from there.

  3. Here you can see your existing tickets.
  4. On My request, please select the ticket / ID where you wanted to upload the data or wanted to update the ticket information.

  5. At the bottom you can see an attachment option, please click on 'Add files here'
  6. Select your file in Zipped format and upload there.

Ensure that the file is properly zipped before uploading. Once uploaded, verify that the attachment is visible in the ticket.
