Instructions for Adding Data to Support Tickets
Purpose
This document outlines the steps to upload data or update ticket information on the Persistent Support Portal.
Prerequisites
- Valid username and password for Persistent Support Portal.
- Data file prepared in ZIP format.
Steps to Upload Data

Login to Portal
- Navigate to https://support.accelerite.com/
- Enter your username and password, then click Login.

Access Your Requests
- Hover over the My Support menu.
- Select My Requests from the dropdown.

Locate Your Ticket
- On the My Requests page, you will see a list of your existing tickets.
- Identify and select the ticket/ID where you want to upload data or update information.

Add Attachment
- Scroll to the bottom of the ticket details page.
- Locate the Attachment section.
- Click on Add files here.

Upload File
- Select your prepared file in Zipped format.
- Click the Submit button.

Monitor Upload Progress
- The system will display the progress of the data upload.
- Once completed, a confirmation message will appear indicating Data Uploaded.
Important Notes
- Ensure the file is compressed into a ZIP format before uploading.
- Large files may take longer to upload; do not close the browser during the process.
