Machine build

Hi,

Please advise how to fix this issue? I have set the machine to rebuilt (assigned an OS) but still the machine won't build. I have attached a few screenshots.

Good morning,

The screenshots indicate that there is no valid OS policy assigned to the machine. It will be difficult to troubleshoot this issue with just screenshots. Can I ask that a case be opened for this issue, and logs attached from the server at <InstallDir>\RCA\OSManagerServer\upload. Support we be able to further assist with this issue. Thanks.
