Hi Qasimuddin,
Was the machine already managed by Radia before? The old hostname is also stored in C:\ROMBL.CFG and the Portal (ROM object).
When Machine is built it gets the old hostname rather than new. Old hostname has been removed from SQL, HPCA and AD. Upload logs indicate the machine is built but it has been assigned the old hostname.

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes the machine was/is managed by Radisson. It has been removed from ROM and also it's hard drive has been formatted many times.
But every time it's is PXE booted, it builds to its old hostname and also creates an entry in ROM.
We'll have to take a closer look at your environment. Could you open up a support ticket for this?
Did you also delete the three files (.xml, rnl.log and all.log for that machine from the OS Manager upload folder?
Hi I have deleted the logs today and set the machine to build but unfortunately it built again to the old hostname.
I have also deleted the DNS record (A record) for the old hostname.
We found that we had to be sure to delete the ROM child object in the portal specifically, if we just deleted the computer object (through the portal) the ROM object would remain and would be picked up by the computer object again. Not sure if this will help. If you using OSMKIT to do it, this may not apply.
As well, there could be an object in the portal with another name (like serial number) that is actually being used by HPCA (and would have a ROM child object), you could check for that.
Thanks for your reply John. Yes I have ensured both these were checked prior to posting here.
I had a look on Tier2 and come across the following “RSP: Data returned from SQL: {Oldhostname 1x.2x.11x.xx 1x_2x_11x_0 xxx.25x.xxx.0 40a8f0a48818}” , machine is getting its hostname from SQL but from where? as I have deleted all the entires from the tables I know off, Roms_Lookup & device config.
